Each room has it’s own unique design including unique colour schemes, real wood floors, jacuzzi baths (in selected rooms), Air conditioning, exposed wooden beams and more!

Apartment occupancy ranges from 5, 8, 10 ,11,15 and 16 sleepers

Boutique 56 also has 2 large apartments which can accommodate 20 and 26 guests

Security bond is £50 per person

Payable prior or upon arrival with card, no cash accepted on site

Bond is returned between 3-5 working days with high st banks.

PLEASE NOTE: When using card over the phone or in the office the time frame for UK bank accounts is 5-10 working days. It will show as pending during this time frame. International banks along with online only banks such as Monzo, the money holds for up to 30 working days.

Please don’t expect to see the money come through as a refund as it wasn’t taken as a sale. You’ll know the money has gone back onto your balance as there will be no trace of ‘Happy Days’ on your statement. If you have any issues after the stated time frame please speak to your bank.

Check in time is from 3pm (early check in is charged at £20 per hour and subject to availability)

Check out time is 11 (late check out is charged at £20 per hour subject to availability)

Recommended parking is either ParkBee or Victoria street car park depending on location (parking is at extra cost)
