PLEASE NOTE: When using card over the phone or in the office the time frame for UK bank accounts is 5-10 working days. It will show as pending during this time frame. International banks along with online only banks such as Monzo, the money holds for up to 30 working days.

Please don’t expect to see the money come through as a refund as it wasn’t taken as a sale. You’ll know the money has gone back onto your balance as there will be no trace of ‘Happy Days’ on your statement. If you have any issues after the stated time frame please speak to your bank.

Check in time is from 3pm (early check in is charged at £20 per hour and subject to availability)
